Providing the latest in medical care, all of our providers stay up to date on Evidence Based Care through continuing education.description: **Role and Responsibilities** Prepare rooms for the day* Escort patients to room; prepare patients for examinations* Record height/weight and blood pressure for well visit* Ask parent or patient about chief complaint and document reason for visit* Perform vision and hearing screening as necessary* Assist doctors as needed with sick visits, as well as well-child visits, school or camp physicals, and paperwork preparation as needed* Clean and restock rooms and equipment* Administer immunizations, breathing treatments, lab tests, assist with procedures,* Documenting in patient chart (EMR) accurately and thoroughly.*Education Requirements** Associate's or bachelor's degree in registered nursing; LPN / RN licensure*Qualifications, Skills and Requirements** Active North Carolina LPN /RN license* 2 or more years of clinical experience* Minimum 1 year experience working in a pediatric clinic* Possess current American Heart Association BLS certification* Strong communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills* Covid-19 vaccination required*Patient Rights* · Always maintain CONFIDENTIALITY of all patient information.*Physical Demands* The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
