LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) *The Outpatient Therapist provide individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, their family.*Compensation Range:*Outpatient Therapist (Independently Licensed): $59,100 - $94,600_Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position._*Schedule:** Full Time 0.8 FTE, (32 hrs/week) working Monday through Friday, offering availability accessible to clients with at least one night having availability till 7:00pm*How Outpatient Therapists Empower Recovery:** Develop, implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans* May conduct back up coverage group therapy sessions in assigned intensive program* May conduct outpatient group therapy sessions* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care* May participate peer review of documentation* May provides clinical supervision as needed* May provide coverage for Intake Therapist* May provide training coordination* Perform other duties as assigned*Qualifications:** Current Independent License Required with Washington state or ability to obtain, (ex. PTO is accrued throughout the year and can be used for vacation, personal and sick time and accrues based on compensated hours.* Holidays: Employees not working at a residential or inpatient facility are eligible for 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday Non-exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility will receive premium pay at a rate of double time if they are scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.* Employees hired on or after February 20, 2022, will receive premium pay at a rate of time and-a-half if scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.* Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period.
