Buy in opportunities are available for the right candidates.Benefits:* 35% of production for general dentistry with the same split for lab fees.* Flexible schedule* Health insurance options* Professional development assistance through mentorship and CESchedule:* To be determined based on specific office locationSupplemental pay types:* Commission pay, but willing to provide base payAbility to commute/relocate:* To the Buffalo, NY area* Relocation expenses consideredLicense/Certification:* Dental License (Required) by NY state.Work Location: In personDuties:- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients of all ages.- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and oral health conditions.- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide preventive care instructions.- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic systems such as in using Eaglesoft software- Participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications:- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry in NY- Proficiency in using dental practice management systems such as Eaglesoft (preferred).- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining ethical standards.Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications for consideration.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $500.00 per dayBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Health insurance* Professional development assistance* Relocation assistanceSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
