RN Supervisor Evening Shift (3pm - 11 pm) $49.20 /hr

The Lebanon Valley Home is a 5 star nursing facility seeking *Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor *for our *Evening Shift (3-11 ) *working between 53.5 and 75 hours in a two week pay period with weekend and holiday rotations required. A current license and CPR in good standing is required.The ideal Registered Nurse leading the 55 bed Skilled Nursing Unit will have long term care experience and have strong leadership skills. In addition to routine nursing responsibilities including assessments, documentation and physician communication, the nursing supervisor assumes administrative responsibility for all levels of care and the building and grounds during their shift. Serves as a resource to facility staff to facilitate problem solving and is responsible for resolving crisis including medical emergencies, personnel matters and resident/family concerns.
