The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess knowledge in various areas of Physical Therapy_*Our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH is located conveniently by I-77.*_Responsibilities:- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans- Provide direct patient care- Document patient progress accurately and timely.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.Requirements:- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist- Experience in Net Health documentation platform is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.#HRP2Pay: From $50.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 5 per weekBenefits:* Flexible scheduleSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededLicense/Certification:* Physical Therapy License (Required)Ability to Commute:* Cambridge, OH 43725 (Required)Work Location: In person
