Seeking LMFT or LCSW (NVBH)

North Valley Behavioral Health, a 16 year old, growing behavioral health firm, is committed to quality care. We value our patients, our clients, and our staff and are currently seeking LCSWs or LMFTs to add to our team in Sutter County.We have two 16 bed high acuity psychiatric units which offer an opportunity for challenge, growth and career satisfaction.Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting or with mental health clients in an outpatient setting is preferred.Job duties include, but are not limited to: case management of mentally ill adult patients, providing counseling as needed, assisting the clinical team in developing and modifying treatment plans, coordinating treatment and discharge plans, acting as a liaison in court proceedings, leading therapeutic groups, and coordinating with the clinical team, county caseworkers, and other agencies as needed.This position is eligible for employer-paid medical, life insurance, paid vacation time, voluntary dental and vision, and a paid gym membership.Must pass mandatory Department of Health Care Services background screening and a federally-compliant drug screen.North Valley Behavioral Health is committed to strict standards of respect and dignity and is "Patients First".Please respond to this ad with a resume.
