This 50-bed specialized facility meets the unique needs of individuals with Alzheimer's and related disorders. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient.Responsibilities- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities and interventions.- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.- Utilize knowledge in physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health to deliver high-quality care.Qualifications- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and anatomy.#HRP2Pay: From $30.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible scheduleMedical Specialty:* GeriatricsSchedule:* Choose your own hoursLicense/Certification:* Occupational Therapy Assistant License (Required)Ability to Commute:* Frankfort, OH 45628 (Required)Work Location: In person
