LMHC or LCSW

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LCSW or LMHC to join our team. As a counselor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance, support, and assistance to individuals facing various challenges in their lives. Your expertise will contribute to helping clients improve their emotional well-being, personal growth, and overall quality of life.Responsibilities:* Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs, concerns, and goals.* Provide individual or group counseling sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.* Develop personalized treatment plans and interventions based on client needs.* Offer emotional support, empathy, and a non-judgmental environment for clients to express themselves.* Educate and guide clients on relevant topics such as mental health, relationships, career options, and personal development.* Intervene and provide support during crisis situations, ensuring client safety and appropriate referrals when necessary.* Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.* Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and progress notes.* Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices.Qualifications:* Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.* State licensure as a LMHC or LCSW* Proven experience in providing counseling or therapeutic services (internship or practicum experience may be considered).* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.* Excellent communication and active listening skills.* Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.* Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and ethical guidelines.* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.If you are dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges, promoting emotional well-being, and making a positive impact on people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
