Audiologist - Overland Park, KS

Examinetics is looking for an Audiologist to join our growing Audiology Services team! This role will be on full time on site at our Overland Park, KS office. The core responsibilities will be to guide our clients through their Hearing Conservation Program. Contributing to the overall growth and development of the department and company through support of service and product sales is a significant portion of this role.Benefits:$85,000 per yearHealth, Vision, Dental401KAccrue up to 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)Primary Responsibilities: Provide support to external clients regarding OSHA hearing conservation and noise issuesProvide supervision, training and updated guidelines to field staffAssist with CAOHC Certification and Recertification classesConduct review of Worker Compensation hearing loss claimsPerform audiometric data review and follow-upProvide professional Audiology consulting for clients, which includes:hearing conservation auditswritten programsemployee education and counselingmobile operations supportsupervision /management trainingclient technical supportWork Relatedness Evaluationstelephone consultingContribute to the overall growth and development of the department and company through support of service and product salesActively participate in the development of department strategic planning and overall establishment of goals and objectivesJob Requirements:Education and/or Experiences:Either an AuD in Audiology and/or a PhD in Speech & Hearing Sciences2+ years of work experience with OSHA Noise and Hearing Conservation Regulations preferredState Licensure - AudiologyCurrent certification with ASHA or AAACertified Professional Supervisor by CAOHC preferredCertification as a CAOHC course director preferredAbout ExamineticsExaminetics is the leading Workforce Health provider, serving clients nationwide.
