Our next Clinical Director will be an individual with great leadership and listening skills who demonstrates the ability to successfully lead the implementation of organization-wide initiatives, a capacity for strategic thinking, an interest in working with stakeholders outside the organization, and a high level of expertise in providing research-informed treatment for individuals with serious mental health diagnoses.CSC's Second Spring facilities offer exceptionally high-quality, research-informed clinical care to adults with psychiatric illnesses. Our care team includes psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and case managers, as well as recovery and peer specialists. As an alternative to hospitalization, we provide a place for patients to heal and grow in beautiful Vermont country inn settings. CSC is committed to recovery-based care which is trauma-informed and culturally competent.*Responsibilities include:** Oversee and coordinate all resident treatment plans at various Second Spring locations* Collaborate with other directors and managers on organization-wide initiatives.* Lead organization in identifying and implementing research-based interventions.* Train clinical and program staff.* Provide direct or second-order supervision for 15-20 FTEs.* Provide clinical consultation and/or supervision for nursing staff, program staff and leadership, primary care APRN, physicians, etc.* Some limited on-call responsibilities.* Participate on admissions team, and clinical rounds; lead or participate in other committees; supervise interns.* QI activities in collaboration with other Directors.* Reports directly to the Executive Director.*Minimum Qualifications:** Master's degree or higher in a human services field.* A clinical license is required.* 5+ years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.*Benefits*This position offers a medical/dental/vision, competitive wage; generous paid leave, 403B retirement with contribution match, tuition reimbursement, short/long term disability, extensive training opportunities, and motivated colleagues who enjoy working in collaboration!Job Type: Full-timePay: $77,000.00 - $91,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* PsychiatrySchedule:* Day shift* On callEducation:* Master's (Required)License/Certification:* Clinical License (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Richmond, VT 05477: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
