Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Locations this role is available: Malvern, PA or Landenberg, PA | 12-Month PositionJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to specialize in evidence-based behavior change for students with disabilities. In this role, you will provide direct support to educational staff, administrators, behaviorists, students, and parents, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address challenging student behaviors.Your expertise will include leading individual and group training sessions, conducting and supporting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyses, and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) to foster positive outcomes. You will serve as a key consultant for behaviorists, teachers, and administrators, ensuring best practices are followed and behavior plans are implemented with fidelity.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct FBAs and develop/evaluate BSPs, ensuring they are effective across different settings (school, home, community)• Offer behavior consultation to staff, parents, and administrators to address and manage challenging behaviors• Lead training sessions to improve behavioral strategies for both staff and families• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on behavior intervention strategies• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in all services and documentationQualifications:• Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required.• Experience: Prior experience working with students with intellectual disabilities, autism, or emotional/behavioral disorders. Proficiency in conducting FBAs, writing BSPs, and providing behavioral consultation is essential.• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and data collection platforms (e.g., Radar, Pro-Filer).
