This includes analyzing data and modifying treatment programs and goals throughout the client's life cycle with Mindcolor.Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc.Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client.Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training/coaching, session feedback, documentation, and overall support.Maintain active BCBA certificationMeet with Center Director at a minimum of once per week with meeting materials preparedCommunicate with Clinical and Operational leadershipCommunicate regularly and professionally with clients' caregivers and familiesAttend, participate, and prepare for regular and ongoing team meetingsSupport in maintenance of established community relationshipsPromotes and supports a collaborative team environment and cultureClinical DutiesProvide clinical oversight to client cases, as assignedManage a caseload of approximately 200 direct client hours with at least 25 billable hours per week for BCBA (all remaining time will be dedicated to other client/organization related activities that may be non-billable)Caseload allocation and number of cases to be based on best practice recommendations and standards, including those related to the type of treatment for client (focused/comprehensive)Caseload size may vary depending on clinical status of the center, growth of the center, resources, and other factors as determined by Mindcolor leadership and the Regional DirectorVisually analyze data and make treatment decisions to improve client outcomesMeet weekly with Center Director to review clinical needs, current case updates, professional development, etc.Develop and write individualized client treatment plans, behavior intervention plans and other clinical reportsAnalyze data and modify/update client programs/goals as appropriate throughout the client life cycle with Mindcolor (e.g. ensuring electronic data collection system is updated, instructional notes for programs are present and detailed, etc. )Document all sessions with written session notes timely, thoroughly, and accuratelySupport and manage client cases as appropriate within the center locationProvide direct services when necessary to probe skills and ensure consistency in scheduleDocument feedback and monitor supervision progress of RBTsRequirements:Masters Degree or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification active and in good standingActive Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification (Recommend to be obtained prior to start date or no later than 30 business days after initial start date)Active QBS Safety Care Certification within 90 days of start dateOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to lead and mentor RBTsExcellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenariosDependable and reliableAble to set and meet deadlinesSupports and contributes to collaborative team environmentUnderstands and supports organizational policies and proceduresMust have reliable transportation to and from the designated center location (essential)Ability to lift up to 50 poundsAbility and willingness to engage in crisis management procedures as designated by the facilityAbility to engage in quick movements to respond quickly in various scenariosManual dexterity to be able to utilize technology for typing, computers, tablets, etc.Ability to receive and comprehend detailed information through vocal communicationAbility to see and read all forms of electronic and written communicationAbility to process complex information and act in a professional and collaborative manner at all times, across all scenariosPrimary language of communication in this role is EnglishAbility to support the basic needs of clients (e.g., toileting, diaper change, etc.)
