*Job Details:** Seeking a Dentist to perform bread and butter procedures for a mission based, underserved community in Philadelphia, PA* Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm* 8 patients a day* Full staff provided for Support* Monthly bonus and Sign on Bonus offered!*Duties** Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.* Perform a variety of dental procedures including root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and preventive care.* Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments in compliance with clinic policies.* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency.* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental check-ups.* Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best possible care.*Requirements** Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.* Valid dental license to practice in the state.* Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of dental clinic operations.* Experience with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No weekendsSupplemental Pay:* Monthly bonus* Signing bonusAbility to Commute:* Philadelphia, PA (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Philadelphia, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
