We want to build a great team that helps us focus on delivering exceptional eye care: the kind of team people want to be a part of, and the kind of team our patients can't live without.We are looking for a Pre-Op/Post Op Registered Nurse ("RN") to join our Surgery Center and work alongside our Physicians in our renowned, multi-subspeciality eye care group.THE OPPORTUNITY AT HANDThe RN is responsible for providing exemplary patient care alongside our Physicians as we treat cataracts, glaucoma, diseases of the cornea, and perform laser vision correction surgeries. You'll exercise good clinical judgement during Pre-Op/Post Op care and ensure all policies and procedures are being followed. You'll manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced PACU and OR while exhibiting sound judgement and problem-solving skills.OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOUAssist in the overall management and leadership of the Surgical CenterProvide outstanding patient care on a daily basisWork with Anesthesia providers on sedation and carefully monitor patientsPrepare patient for surgery and manage recovery and discharge procedures
