American Medical Staffing (AMS) puts you first, and we are currently seeking an LPN to join our corrections medical team in Henrico, VA. This facility is a fast-paced county jail with an average daily census of 627 inmates. There are on average 30 bookings per day. We are looking for a candidate who is looking for a long-term placement. The facility provides security training and a 4-week orientation for all clinicians.Correctional LPN Job Details:Pay Rate: $36 - $39 per hourSchedule: 7 - 7Available Shift: Days, 3 shifts per weekStart Date: Two weeks from offerLocated In: Henrico, VirginiaRequirements: Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a corrections or similar setting, have a valid LPN license and be willing to obtain VA and/or compact licensure.As a Licensed Practical Nurse in a correctional care setting, you'll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to incarcerated individuals, promoting their well-being and rehabilitation. This position works in partnership with a team of correctional staff and allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
