Atrio Home Care, the partnership of Holland Home, Clark Retirement and Resthaven, is seeking a compassionate RN Case Manager to join our Lakeshore Team.This position will involve providing direct care to clients within a 35-mile radius of downtown Grand Rapids, MI.
