The Childrens Guild is committed to cultural humility and continuous growth.The School Based Clinicians utilize their skills to provide therapy services within the school setting and communities. Clinicians provide services at 1-3 schools throughout several counties in Maryland. The services offered along with time and location are based on the individual needs of each client and family. Clinicians are given the opportunities to be flexible and creative to meet the clinical needs of their caseloads along with the accessibility within the school setting. Clinicians provide individual, family and group therapy as well as deliverables to the school. Clinicians are expected to maintain billing targets for reimbursement of services.*Accountability:*This position is accountable to the supervisory team of the OMHC*Competencies:** *Clinical Abilities*:Understanding of Clinical modalities and capable of providing quality and sound mental health treatment. Adept at incorporating supervisory feedback into offering exceptional individualized therapeutic intervention. Continued investment in growing clinically through on-going learning and training.* *Strategic Capabilities:*Creates and implements a schedule that incorporates the needs of clients and stakeholders. Navigates the fluid environment and systems within the school community for opportunities to provide education regarding mental health. Effectively juggles direct care, documentation, care coordination, administrative duties, and outreach. Flexibility, self-motivation and creativity to work independently at site. Capable of meeting billable targets* *Employee Development:*Continues to seek growth opportunities and is open to developing as a clinician and employee. Able to adapt to work with multiple people and systems. Willingness to learn and coachable to engage with feedback cycle. Clinical consultation groups and on-going free training with CEUs to meet requirements for licensure. Orientation and training modules before starting position with on-going mentoring and support. Provided with device and phone. Individual and Group supervision towards advanced licensure for LMSWs and LGPCs.*Qualifications:*The minimum qualifications are:* Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field.* Active LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LMFT licensure required.* Proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities to address developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs in children, adolescents, and families is required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
