This position has the potential to grow to full-time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health and providing exceptional patient care in a dental clinic setting.*Duties*- Perform dental hygiene procedures following the dentist's guidance- Conduct oral health screenings and assessments- Take dental x-rays using medical imaging equipment- Participate in recalls, sterile, and other activities adding to the production of the office during downtime- Assist with four-handed dentistry techniques- Maintain accurate patient medical records using Denticon or similar systems- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices- Assist with general dentistry procedures as needed- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols*Skills*- Proficiency in medical imaging and dental clinic procedures- Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques- Exceptional communication and customer service skills- Familiarity with medical records management and practice management software, (Denticon preferred)- Strong grasp of coding for billing purposesJob Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 15 - 18 per weekLicense/Certification:* Registered Dental Hygienist (Preferred)* Dental License (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Wilmington, DE 19806 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Wilmington, DE 19806: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
