Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Assistant Director of NursingResponsibilities:- Assist DON to oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization- Assist to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and professional development opportunities- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing services provided- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administration- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nursing managementQualifications:- Minimum Associates degree in nursing- Valid nursing license in the state of employment- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in a healthcare setting- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of nursing professionals- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesWe offer competitive compensation packages, including comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance.
