We are committed to creating a nurturing, family-like atmosphere where staff develop meaningful relationships with residents and where exceptional patient outcomes are the standard.Unit Manager Responsiblities:This position acts in a supervisory role to the Clinical staff on each unit, reporting to the Director of Nursing.Facilitates the resolution of issues and concerns associated with patient/resident care including family issues.Ensures assessments, documentation and care plans are completed accurately and in a timely fashion for all shifts.Supports the Infection Control Practitioner/Staff Development Coordinator in ensuring clinical team compliance.Participates with Interdisciplinary team for quality improvement initiatives and sits on Quality Assurance CommitteeRequirements of the Unit Manager (RN/LPN)Current LPN or RN license from New HampshireCurrent/active CPR certification, preferred.Effective verbal and written English communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.Limited openings, apply today!
