Join Our Team as a Clinician in our Juvenile Justice Prevention Services program - Empower At-Risk Youth and Families!*$1,500 Hiring Bonus, Additional $1,500 Spanish Speaking Bonus*Are you passionate about supporting at-risk children, youth, and families? We're seeking a Clinician (I/II) to deliver trauma-informed, culturally competent, and strength-based mental health services. Make a real difference by providing comprehensive care in collaboration with County Mental Health and Family-Centered Practice principles.What You'll Do:Provide quality, flexible mental health services, including therapy, crisis intervention, and case management, to children, youth, and families in homes, schools, and community settings.Deliver culturally competent services and support for families involved in child welfare and the Juvenile Justice system.Ensure timely documentation of Medi-Cal eligible services, including assessments, therapy sessions, and case management, while meeting all County and agency requirements.Coordinate care and referrals, acting as a liaison between families and external partners.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver wraparound services and ensure each family has a safety plan.Participate in 24-hour family support on-call programs and attend psychiatric appointments for assigned youth.Qualifications:Level I Clinician:Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Registered as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).Level II Clinician:Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).Additional Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adolescents and families.Ability to work independently with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.Bilingual preferred.Valid California driver's license and the ability to use a registered, insured automobile.Starting Salary, depending on experience and licensure level:Clinician I: $67,000 - $74,000 per yearClinician II: $70,000 - $76,666 per yearBe a part of a mission-driven team that empowers families and fosters positive change in the community.Apply today to make a lasting impact!Employment At-WillEmployment at the Agency is terminable at-will, which means that employment may be terminated at any time, without cause or reason, by either the employee or the Agency.
