We are professional and agile.Our work environment includes:* Modern Facility* Pleasant Work EnviromentResponsibilities: -Provide professional massage therapy services to clients, including but not limited to pain management, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management.- Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans to address their specific concerns and goals.- Utilize a variety of massage techniques to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.- Educate clients on self-care techniques and provide recommendations for at-home exercises or stretches.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the massage therapy profession. Qualifications:- Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist in the state of Illinois.- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service.- Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patients' conditions accurately.- Proficiency in various massage techniques and modalities, including pain management and trigger point therapy.- Knowledge of occupational health practices and the ability to adapt treatments based on individual needs.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate client records.- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
