Salary calculated based on education and experience.Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).Holidays: 8 paid holidays per yearRetirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire.
