Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) invites skilled and passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our mission of providing outstanding school-based services.Responsibilities:• Screen, assess, and evaluate students using appropriate tests and assessment instruments.• Plan and provide appropriate specialized therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions designed to meet the educational needs of the student consistent with therapy goals contained in Individual Education Plans (IEP).• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop Individual Education Plans.• Evaluate student progress and determine readiness for termination of therapy services.• Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and implement classroom-based activities.• Provide consultative services to and involve parents in the therapy program of their child.• Meet the needs of all students effectively by working in partnership with other teams.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research, theories, and practices associated with therapy in the school-based setting.About the Opportunity:• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available: Flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle and preferences.• Diverse Settings: Work within a dynamic school district offering traditional K-12 settings and specialized support.• Rewarding Work: Make a difference every day by helping students achieve their full potential in an educational environment.Why Choose PTS?• Stability and Growth: Advance your career with us.
