Patient Financial Services (Business Office Manager) - Monterey Care CenterExcellent Benefits, including Paid Time Off and 401(k)Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative (Business Office Manager) for our Monterey Care Center located in Grove City, OH.In this role you will provide residents and their families communication regarding payment information, payor benefits, billing statements and cycles, as well as payment expectations.Primary Responsibilities:Develops relationships with Resident and their family members.Responds professionally and promptly to any requests or concerns.Processes, posts, and balances all of Resident Trust Fund account activity.Processes all private statements for all residents on a monthly basis.Collects on all private pay accounts and documents collection efforts.Processes, posts, and balances all accounts payable weekly.Performs quality checks for clinical and financial data.Maintains the confidentiality/rights of all residents.Qualifications RequiredPrevious experience in a healthcare office setting, with experience in payor and benefit eligibility in long term care industry preferredPrevious experience in general Accounts Receivable/PayableExcellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, etc.#MCC
