Description:Exciting Opportunity for a Fleet Lease Manager.One of the largest fleet lease operations is currently seeking an experienced full time Fleet/Lease Manager to join our winning team and oversee the daily operations of the fleet service department. We provide an excellent work environment, full benefits, and a great career opportunity.Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for managing the Fleet Lease Department in coordination of the Body, Mechanic and Detail shops. Responsibilities include ensuring achievement of maximum dollar sales volume in the most profitable way possible and ensure that fast and friendly service is provided to the Fleet Lease customers in support of growth to the customer base.Duties:• Overseeing the operation/flow of vehicles from check-in to body, mechanic and detail. Monitor all Fleet Lease and captive open sale factory accounts and work with other Auction Managers to ensure compliance with sale plan layouts, corporate requirements and other directives.• Process and monitor all Fleet/Lease related transactions, such as charges, various sales and auction fees, funds distribution, of checks and wire transfers• Develop new business and retain existing customers to enhance volume of auction sales.• Develop and implement new sales programs in coordination with the General Sales Manager and revise existing programs to enhance customer participation in accordance with corporate guidelines.• Schedules and assigns job and work to employees according to their skills and knowledge.• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the entire auction process and frequently updating customers• Partner with operations to ensure completion of work on customers' vehicle, including technician efficiency, arts ordering, and job completion times• Responsible for fleet operations facility inspections and preparation for safety inspections.• Conducts self in a professional manner at all times, inside and outside the auction• Monitors metrics on a frequent basis to assure achievement of departmental goals.• Oversee training and supervision of fleet service department technicians.• Performs other functions or duties as directed by management in line with the objectives of the AuctionRequirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in Fleet Operations management
