Position Title: Assistant Program DirectorClassification: ExemptCompensation:Starting at $93,600 annuallyPosition type: Full-timeDepartment: ClinicalHours:Full-time; Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 7pm, occasional evening shiftsStart Date: ASAPAbout Behavior Interventions, Inc.Behavior Interventions was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a mission to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our families in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Our team is composed of clinical and administrative team members all focused on creating meaningful change in the lives of those we serve. We are seeking an Assistant Program Director to support our Clinical team and maintain our ABA treatment centers in Limerick, PA.Reporting Relationship:The Assistant Program Director reports to the Program Director for all of the duties and responsibilitieslisted below and for other duties that the Program Director may assign.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:RBT Requirements Coordinator Support- Support Program Director for RBT supervision requirements- Participate in RBT Orientation- Participate in Competency Assessments for Orienting Technicians- Support Program Supervisor in running RBT monthly meetings as neededTreatment Center Management:- Provide crisis management support during sessions and general treatment centercoverage.- Support the management of current treatment center services, i.e. EIBI. AND support thedevelopment of new programs (e.g., Summer Camp).- Support with client referrals and staffing of treatment teamsClinician Support:- Provide weekly Operations portion of BCBA Orientation and support Program Directorwith orienting new BCBA Hires- Co-run BCBA Monthly Meetings- Supervise BCBAs (assigned by program director)- Co-Interview BCBA candidates for designated office location- Participate in committees (e.g., RPC, Ethics, Cultural Competence)- Complete clinical-based initiatives/projects- Support Program Director with evaluations as neededBCBA Caseload:- Maintain a reduced caseload (size of caseload determined by number of other responsibilities)Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based science of behavior analysis tosupport families referred.Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success offamilies served, treatment team, employees and organization as a whole.Engages in professional development activities and supports the professionaldevelopment of Behavior Interventions team members through approved supervisionactivities.Requirements:- Masters degree in education, applied behavior analysis or psychology- Board Certification (BCBA) through the BACB- Behavior Specialist License through PA Board of Medicine (for PA applicants only)- Maintains BCBA credential through the BACB, and LBS through the PA Board of Medicine(for PA clinicians only) and reports to supervisor and human resources within five days anycertification or licensing status change- Maintains clearances, credentials and certifications as requested by Behavior Interventions andservicing providers- 5 years experience with BCBA certification, developing and implementing behavior analyticprograms and completing assessments, required- 3 years supervisory experience preferred (supervising BCBAs)- Willingness to travel throughout specified counties for *site visits when in-person support isdeemed clinically appropriate. *Site visits may be conducted virtually through live or recordedsessions- Experience with VBMAPP, PEAK, PFA/SBT, AFLS preferred- Experience running group meetings and conducting interviews preferred- Experience creating clinical organizational systems preferred- Experience developing trainings preferred- Experience with PA insurance provider requirements preferred OR willingness to learn- Valid form of ID- Ability to pass federal and state background checks- Must have reliable transportationWhat can Behavior Interventions Offer You?- Opportunities for advancement into clinical leadership positions- Training & research opportunities (with CEUs)- Flexible scheduling; managing own schedule- Monthly Meetings: Meet with peers for a monthly team meeting and individually with yoursupervisor to discuss clinical objectives, team progress and other department initiativesBenefits: When eligibility requirements are met, employee receives access to company medical, dental,vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance benefits, 401(k) retirement plan and PTO.
