Crew Lead/Driver

As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team.*Job Description:*We are looking for a Crew Lead/Driver to lead moving crews and ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused moving services. This role involves driving our moving trucks, leading a team, and interacting with customers to provide exceptional service.*Key Responsibilities:** Drive moving trucks to and from customer locations.* Lead a team of movers.* Ensure proper loading and unloading of customer belongings.* Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns.* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.* Provide training and support to new team members.* Complete necessary paperwork and reports.*Qualifications:** Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.* Must meet insurance requirements to be a driver.* Good MVR (No DUIs, Reckless, Major Accidents, Super Speeding).* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.* Excellent customer service skills.* Reliable and punctual.* Must have reliable transportation.* Availability to work weekends.* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or current enrollment is a plus but not required.*Industry-Leading Pay and Benefits:** *Competitive Pay and Benefits:* An outstanding compensation package.* *Tips:* Average $500 per month (approximately $3 to $5 an hour).* *W2 Full Employee Benefits:* Including Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt.* *Commission on Materials Sold:* (approximately $3k-5k a year).* *401K Matching Program:* At the 6-month mark.* *5-Star Review Incentives:* (approximately $60-$200 a month).* *Flexible Schedule:* Ideal for musicians, students, entrepreneurs, or athletes.* *Active Work Environment:* Get outside and stay in shape with a job where every day is different.* *Advancement Opportunities:* Rapid career growth based on performance.*How to Apply:*If you are a dedicated, hardworking individual with a passion for helping people, we would love to hear from you.
