Dialysis Area Manager

Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. Must be able to function as a regional supervisor Monday - Friday days to manage staff; oversee training, orientation, nursing care, compliance, staffing and employee relations. The Dialysis Area Manager works collaboratively with the State Educator, Regional Operations Director and site clinical leadership team to ensure quality patient care is provided by highly skilled and motivated caregivers.QualificationsBS/AA/diploma in Nursing with at least 12 months of RN experience (6 months in hemodialysis) needed.
