Description:Spero Health is seeking a Counselor to join our awesome team in Lexington, KY!*** We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this position ***This position is for a licensed counselor or social worker who supports the mission of "Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships" in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. Provide counseling to patients through evidenced-based practice. Provide patient education. Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration. Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward achieving freedom from addiction.
