This position reports directly to the Northeast Senior Regional Director (BCBA), providing an attractive annual salary, a strong quarterly performance bonus and defined salary increases for achieving growth targets with clinical quality. Butterfly Effects has experienced tremendous growth in the region and is expanding into the Northshore area as a continued strategy to expand access to ABA services to children and Families around the country. We require a leader dedicated to clinical outcomes with the operational skills to head-up this region.This is not just another place to work, Butterfly Effects is led by BCBAs with Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD., BCBA-D, as our President, and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA, as our Vice President of Clinical Services and Practice Development and all our regional leadership positions being held by BCBA's. We make every effort to ensure that you as the regional leader are fully supported and given the opportunity to continue growing by receiving leadership support and training from our Florida office. You will be involved in all aspects of the operation.What would you be doing as the Regional Director (RD)Manage and lead a team of BCBAs, behavior technicians, and RBTs to provide high-quality ABA services to families in the Northshore areaMonitor all clinical and operational componentsDrive new business and maintain ongoing relationships with referral sources in the areaMonitor business analytics in collaboration with the Senior Regional Director to ensure a healthy and productive marketSuccessfully implement OBM tools to continue growth effectively and efficientlyProvide consultation to area BCBAs as needed to improve clinical programming as well as administrative/operational dutiesConduct initial and ongoing client assessments, and based on these assessments, design and maintain top quality treatment programs.Maintain the practice and ethical standards established by the BE Code of Conduct and BACB Professional Ethical and Compliance Code.WHAT WE OFFER:Highly competitive compensation packages based on experienceQuarterly performance incentivesBenefits packages for full time employees (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401K)ABA Conference assistance (registration, travel, and hotel)CEUs and professional development opportunitiesParticipation in work groups and team building activitiesResearch opportunitiesWhat do you bring to the role?Must hold a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification by the BACB.Minimum of 2 years' ABA leadership experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities preferably in a home setting.Strong commitment and passion for working with children and families affected by ASD.Who are we?Butterfly Effects is an autism-specific ABA-based provider group with home and center-based services across the country. The treatment model is grounded in the implementation science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Family-Centered Planning, Routines-Based Intervention, and family participation.
