The High Fidelity Wraparound Coach must be a strong facilitator who has effective interpersonal skills and the ability to support new skill development and teach others. Coaching is really about hands on teaching and starts with showing someone the process done well (shadowing), then practicing through rehearsals and roleplays, and finally providing ongoing coaching and consultation. They are responsible for the Wraparound team, modeling, and developing relationships within their own agency and community/system partners (sustainability). Coaches should have a strong awareness of evidence-based models and the ability to monitor and maintain model fidelity.Responsible for the overall management of the High-Fidelity Wraparound Team by coaching and teaching the wraparound process. Coaching is the process of demonstrating the process, consulting with them on how to use the process, and helping them build the skills necessary to do it well. Coaching will involve hands on teaching (shadowing), then practicing through rehearsals and roleplays, and finally providing ongoing coaching and consultation throughout the credentialing process.MASTER'S LEVEL position. Ability to assess and observe clients to provide appropriate treatment. Ability to use computer for work-related tasks. Organizational and communication skills that foster teamwork.Travel Requirements: Service is delivered in the community so travel will be required.
