MAJOR FUNCTION:Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Clinical Services-Behavioral Wellness, and Social Services Manager, the Licensed Clinical Therapist, and in accordance with the processional standards and requirements of the State Board of Social Work Examiners or the National Board for Certified Counselors, provides therapeutic services in the form of individual, group and family therapy. Participates in Interdisciplinary team functions; gathers, interprets and integrates psychosocial assessment data to develop a client centered, individualized plan of care. Documents group, family and individual interventions and outcomes in a timely/ accurate manner. As a multisite provider of PACE community-based services for seniors in Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties, an Inspira LIFE employee may work at either or both the Vineland or Williamstown LIFE Program as census changes or operational needs occur to meet the needs of our participants.QUALIFICATIONS:Education & Experience:Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work or in Clinical Therapy/Counseling required.2 years of experience working on an interdisciplinary team in a hospital, nursing home or community-based setting is preferable.Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly required.Minimum of one year in the behavioral health field with specific training in behavioral counseling.Experience with Life or PACE program preferred.Certification/Licensure:New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Counselor required.Member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW) or other NASW-recognized certification preferred.Knowledge & Skills:Working knowledge of DSM IV manual and evidence-based treatment methodologies.Physical RequirementsN: Never O: Occasionally (80%)Lifting Lifting 20-50lbs F Climbing O Kneeling OLifting>50lbs O Crouching O Reaching FCarrying F Hearing C Walking FPushing F Talking C Vision CEnvironmental ConditionsNoise F Varied Temperatures O Cleaning Agents ONoxious odors O Patient Exposure C Operative Equipment F?>At Inspira Health, you'll join with the area's most dedicated and distinguished team to bring quality and compassionate care to our communities.
