We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized and analytical individual with a passion for high standards in healthcare services.The MDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development and completion of the resident assessment process and maintains the MDS schedule. The focus of this position is managing specialized work efficiently with above average attention to details and commitment to tasks being completed on time. This position is extremely task oriented and will need sincere communication and strong follow through.RequirementsTo be successful in this role:You will need an active LPN or RN License, 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably long-term care and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS regulations and requirements.
