Program Director (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, or LCAT)

In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals on their journey to recovery by providing expert guidance and support in the pursuit of meaningful employment opportunities. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with mental health challenges, we invite you to apply!*Responsibilities:** Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' vocational skills, interests, and employment goals within the PROS framework.* Collaborate with program participants to develop personalized vocational plans aligned with their recovery goals.* Actively engage with local employers to identify and secure suitable employment opportunities for PROS participants.* Assist individuals in creating or updating resumes, refining job search strategies, and navigating online employment platforms.* Provide guidance and coaching to prepare participants for job interviews, including mock interviews and confidence-building exercises.* Facilitate the placement of individuals into suitable employment positions and maintain ongoing communication with employers to ensure success and satisfaction.* Foster community connections and collaborations to enhance employment opportunities for program participants.* Advocate for and coordinate reasonable workplace accommodations to support individuals in maintaining employment.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant progress, employment outcomes, and other relevant data.*Requirements:** Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or related required.* LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LCAT in New York.* Previous experience in vocational counseling, job development, or employment services.* Familiarity with the PROS model and a commitment to a recovery-oriented approach.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Knowledge of local labor markets and industries._Please note- The annual base salary range is $95k to $115k.
