Looking for an experienced Regional Director of Wellness.:RN Required/ Compact License/ Supporting NV OR.:* Previous multi-site experience.* Must be able to travel with frequent overnights.* 2+ years of experience in similar role required!:We are looking for a Regional Director of Wellness to join our team at Volante Senior Living. This role is critical in ensuring our clinical and quality programs are consistent and in line with our standards and in compliance with regulations.What you'll be doing:* Support community leadership in all things clinical - assuring accurate and timely level of care assessments, assist in recruiting and onboarding Wellness staff, working with the sales team to evaluate potential residents and monitoring care and service delivery to ensure needs are being met and documentation supports services provided.* Manage labor and budgets for the clinical department in assigned communities.* Work with the regional team to assist in implementing and maintaining quality and clinical initiatives.* Conduct mock surveys and resident assessment timeliness and accuracy audits.* Provide support and direction to community in determining proactive resident care strategies.* Coordinate educational programs, in-service schedules, etc. to ensure communities are receiving the proper training and education required by the state as well as the needs of the associates.* Participate in monthly Quality Assurance/Safety meetings to help analyze issues within the community, including reviewing incident reports, safety rounds, etc.What you'll bring to the table:* Unencumbered multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license* LPN considered based on previous experience and state requirements.* BSN preferred, not required.* Track record of success in clinical management, quality assurance, training, risk management, and knowledge of regulatory requirements for Assisted Living communities* Must possess valid First Aid or CPR Certification.* Ability to travel 75% of the time.* Must hold a valid driver's license and the ability to travel on a regular weekly basis with overnight stays.What's in it for you:We believe in taking care of our associates, just like they take care of our residents.
