If you're looking to join a highly engaged team as evidenced by team member satisfaction ranking in the 93rd percentile of Press Ganey's recent national employee experience survey, we want to hear from you!You'll be able to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families in our community by providing" best in class" compassionate care, all while living in a region steeped in scenic and historic beauty, rich in cultural events, and outstanding outdoor recreation.This position will be located at our corporate office in Wilmington, NC.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field; A master's degree is preferred.Ten+ years of progressive leadership experience in a complex IT healthcare environment that includes managing IT team members and contributing to an organization's strategies and goalsDemonstrated experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Implementation(s)Project management experience would be preferred, as well as experience with data analyticsWhat you'll do as the Vice President of Technology & Facilities:Member of the executive leadership team leading the strategic direction and execution of digital transformation initiatives while overseeing facilities management.The VP of Technology and Facilities reports to the Chief Operating OfficerOversees the Information Technology (IT), Health Information Management (HIM) and Facilities teams, comprised of 9 team members all employed by the agency, 3 of which are leaders directly reporting to the VP of Technology and Facilities.This role ensures that technology and physical spaces align with the organization's goals, enhancing operational efficiency, improving user experience, and fostering innovation.The VP of Technology and Facilities will also assist in developing a strategic plan and act as a liaison between vendors and community partners.What we offer:Work / Life Balance support with 36 days off earned during your first year, including self-care time.Competitive salary package to include opportunity for annual Leadership incentive bonus.Qualified non-profit employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program for student loans.403b with company match, plus 457 deferred compensation plan eligibleRich, comprehensive benefits package that start fast, beginning first of the month following 30 days of employment#LCFL1
