Team Select Home Care of Indianapolis is the largest Team Select Home Care location in the country and due to the size and growth our Indianapolis office has had over the past year, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to add to our Team Select Home Care family! If you are someone who is deadline driven, detail oriented, specializing in customer service with a willingness to lead and help others while holding yourself and other accountable, we would love to meet you for this opportunity!*Responsibilities ** Assists with electronic shift verifications of our healthcare field staff, confirming all documentation is accurate for processing.* Processing of weekly payroll to Team Select Home Care corporate location.* Device Training and education to field staff employees for proper documentation submissions.* Collaborates with the branch leadership team to identify and solve problems related to payroll.* Maintains rapport with clients and employees and effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships.* Meets all deadlines on special projects as assigned.* Maintains confidentiality of all employees, patient/client, and company issues.* Performs all other job duties as assigned.*Our Benefits:** Medical, dental, and vision insurance* 401K* PTOTeam Select Home Care reserves the right to change the above job description and qualifications without notice.
