I cannot wait to hear from you!*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** Lead a team of accounting resources to collect and process sales, pay employees and contractors and report to the rest of the organization on the financial health of the organization.* Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients, employees and vendors through open and interactive communication* Process payroll, commissions, tax (sales, payroll, state, federal) and royalty liability calculations and payments.* Manage and coordinate ACH preparation, positive pay to prepare payment execution activities.* Manage daily receipts, payment reversals, adjustments, ACH and wire payments, and other accounts receivable activity.* Manage a staff of accounting agents responsible for ensuring proper recording of billing and payment transactions in accordance with accrual revenue recognition guidelines.* Manage day-to-day accounting accuracy and monthly audit of reports using accounting principles.* Modernize the use of financial systems through digitization and workflow enhancements* Develop training materials and train end users in the use of the financial system.* Supervise all accounting staff members in reconciliation of PO's with services and commissions and corresponding A/P's.* Perform all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, forecasting, monthly reporting for a portfolio of foreign and domestic companies.* Implement a document imaging system to electronically route operating expense invoices for approval, upload into ERP software for record retention.* Establish W9 system of compliance and independently handle all audits for sales, income and payables for multiple states and IRS.* Maintain and develop reports for sales, profit & loss, balance sheet metrics*SKILLS & QUALITIES:** Accounting degree or qualifying experience (required) or CPA (optional)* Visionary Leadership with focus on Streamlining with Technology* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Strong problem-solving abilities* Adaptability - willing to jump from task to task based on priorities* Handle conflict with patience and kindness* Active listening* Honest* Dynamics Business Central 365* Quickbooks PayrollJob Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePhysical Setting:* OfficeSchedule:* Monday to FridayExperience:* GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* CPA (Required)Ability to Commute:* Ashland, OR (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Ashland, OR: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
