You enjoy collaborating and managing a team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:Ensure the timely and accurate accounting close each month.Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow projections as an element of maintaining a healthy balance sheet, profitable growth, and positive asset management and control.Develop, refine, and oversee accounting policies, procedures, and standards.Develop and maintain standard recurring journal entries. Prepare and review month-end account reconciliations.Manage tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.Audit accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinate with outside auditors and provide needed information for the annual external audit.Provide proactive analysis and support to Sales and Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Develop and maintain relationships with all departments across the company.Present recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.Provide financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments.Oversee ESOP valuation, reporting, and related financial transactions.Oversee and assist with benefits administration and payroll.Work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, President, and Leadership Team in setting and implementing the Vision for the company.Manage the company HR, IT, and Accounting staff.Attract, recruit, and retain highly trained and motivated staff. Music is our passion, and we hope to ignite that passion in all that we do!Requirements:EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA certification preferred)Proven experience in accounting or financeStrong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulationsProficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent management and supervisory skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Job Type: Full-time
