You will help maintain high examination ratings while contributing to a culture of excellence.*Senior CRA Compliance Officer Responsibilities include:** Preparing and analyzing lending, investment, and service reports, presenting Executive Summaries to management and the CRA/FRB Committee.* Overseeing small business LAR validation and updating the CRA Performance Plan quarterly.* Supporting CRA Administrator in meetings with Regional Presidents on CRA Performance data.* Managing Community Development loan reviews, Change in Terms reviews, and Kadince Software Administration.* Preparing and submitting the annual CRA filing by March 1st.* Assisting in CRA examination preparation and providing onsite support.* Providing training and guidance to CRA Data team members.* Reviewing policies and procedures for compliance with CRA, HMDA, and Fair Lending laws.*Required Qualifications:** 5-8 years of experience in small business/commercial underwriting or equivalent expertise in reviewing loan summaries and analyzing financial statements.* Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.* Analytical skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced regulatory environment.* Knowledge of federal and state lending and banking regulations.*Preferred Skills:** Bachelor's Degree or Compliance Certification* CRA Wiz Software expertise* Experience with examiner interaction*Be a Part of Something Bigger!*At Towne Banke, we believe in investing in our team, our members, and our community.
