Job Title: Insurance Associate Location: 2400 Lake Lansing Rd Ste C, Lansing, MI 48912 About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Insurance Associate to grow our insurance pipeline by expanding our client base and delivering exceptional service across term and permanent life, health, disability, and property & casualty insurance. The ideal candidate excels at relationship-building, takes a proactive approach to client management, and is passionate about helping individuals and businesses find the right insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and managing a pipeline of potential insurance clients. Educate clients on insurance products and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Support the sales process by preparing quotes, applications, and policy documents. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and policy renewals. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and product offerings. Qualifications: An insurance license (Life, Health, and/or Property & Casualty) is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
