In this fulfilling role, you will provide specialized respiratory support tailored to young patients facing severe respiratory challenges. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate pediatric patients' respiratory conditions and collaborate with the PICU team to create personalized treatment plans. Deliver respiratory therapies such as mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosol medications as prescribed by physicians. Continuously monitor ventilator settings and make adjustments based on patients' responses and clinical conditions. Educate families on respiratory care techniques and the use of equipment to support recovery post-discharge from the PICU. Maintain thorough records of treatments provided and track patient progress throughout their PICU stay.
