Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This role is essential in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human capital management and strategic planning, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement and performance. Duties Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Oversee HR sourcing to attract qualified candidates for various positions. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations. Manage succession planning to ensure leadership continuity within the organization. Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, satisfaction, and retention. Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management. Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for potential employees. Experience The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in human capital management and strategic planning. Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations. Demonstrated expertise in HR sourcing, interviewing, and employee orientation processes. Experience with succession planning initiatives. Proficiency in data collection and analysis related to HR metrics. Supervisory experience within an HR context is preferred. Familiarity with SAP or similar HR management systems is a plus.
