Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer , you will drive strategic initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and optimize resources to deliver outstanding outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead 24/7 operations for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery/NICU Units Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives Foster collaboration between multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient-centered care Provide leadership and professional development for nursing staff Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and mentorship programs Ensure optimal patient safety, satisfaction, and quality outcomes What You Need to Succeed: Must-Haves: Active RN license in North Carolina Bachelors degree in Nursing (Masters preferred) BLS Certification Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) Certification Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a womens health setting Strong background in hospital operations and patient-centered care Excellent communication, strategic planning, and team-building skills Why This Opportunity?
