CSR/Order Processor

CSR/Order Processor We are seeking a CSR/Order Processor to manage product and service transfers between our company and customers. This role involves tracking inventory, coordinating shipping, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Job Duties: Process orders via phone or email Track inventory levels Enter order details into accounting systems Communicate with customers about order status Handle payment transactions Resolve customer concerns Communicate with suppliers for product information Requirements: High school diploma or GED Strong customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and other relevant software (e.g., CRM, inventory management systems) Experience in eCommerce preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
