Quality Specialist, QFS 3PM & Reverse 3PM

Job Title: Quality Specialist Complete Description: The primary responsibilities are to support the QFS team with documentation requests, compilation of audit reports, data analysis of quality parameters, positive release of finished products, creating KPI dashboards and providing technical support to customers producing private label products. Essential Responsibilities: Supporting Senior Managers with qualification of new manufacturing sites- planning, auditing, report writing, action plan follow-up and continuous improvement activities as needed. Supporting Senior Managers on product trials and first productions Creating KPI dashboards for internal & external stake holders- Reporting and scorecard management. Mantainence of specific QFS documentation & certifications Support compilation & data analysis of ingredient and finished product information. Management of finished product positive releases Management of PO requests for lab testing. Support sample requests & documentation requests. All other duties as assigned. Travel: Less than 15 % Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science/Food Science/Technology or similar major 2+ years of combined experience with ingredients, food packaging, quality and manufacturing processes. Basic understanding of Quality & Food Safety Systems and current Food Regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data review and analysis. General knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and USDA, FDA, and federal, state and local laws Strong computer skills; proficient in Excel and Word Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Must be collaborative and have leadership ability. Ability to work under deadlines, with multiple priorities. Ability to work with confidential materials. Excellent communication / presentation skills. Excellent record keeping / documentation skills. Able to quickly learn new systems, tools, and programs.
