**Empowering Patients through Compassionate Care** We are dedicated to supporting individuals aging with HIV at PATH Center. We seek a skilled and empathetic Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team, where you will empower patients and contribute to innovative care solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with our Medical Director and a dedicated team to educate, support, and guide patients through their treatment journey. Your expertise will help enhance care programs, build trust, and create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and valued. **Primary Responsibilities:** Deliver comprehensive primary care to HIV-positive patients of all ages, including counseling and treatment for PrEP and PEP. Manage patient admissions and referrals to the ER Department and ensure confidentiality. Educate patients on HIV treatment, adherence, and prevention strategies. Oversee clinical team members as assigned by the Medical Director. Participate in performance improvement, program development, and multidisciplinary meetings. Contribute to new program initiatives addressing clinical and psychosocial needs of HIV-affected children, adult, and geriatric patients. Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of PATH Center services. Lead and conduct monthly OB multidisciplinary rounds. **Requirements:** Completion of a Physician Assistant Program from an accredited institution. Demonstrated experience working in an HIV primary care environment. Current New York State Physician Assistant license. ACLS, BCLS, and NCCPA certifications.
