We are currently seeking a dedicated Elementary School Special Education Teacher for a full time position this school year in Yamahill County, Oregon Details You Should Know: Location: In-person (no virtual or hybrid option) Schedule: Monday - Friday Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours Start Date: March 2025 End Date: June 11, 2025 Key Responsibilities: Special Education Teacher for a self contained elementary school classroom. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Provide instruction in a variety of settings, including small group and one-on-one instruction. Monitor and assess students' progress toward IEP goals and adjust instruction as needed. Manage classroom behavior and provide a positive, supportive learning environment. Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress with parents and school administrators. Attend and participate in meetings related to students' education, including IEP meetings. Qualifications : Valid Oregon State Teaching License with Special Education endorsement Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
