To be considered, you must have hands-on experience in the wood industry and experience leading, training and developing a production team. You'll focus on providing leadership as they operate equipment safely, produce quality products, and achieve production targets. You'll be tasked with team building and need to understand the financial metrics and accounting for a sawmill operation.
